The Realme 6i delivers a long-lasting battery and good gaming performance at a budget price. While the quad layout is great in various conditions, the camera’s quality is variable – in low light, macro and zoom shots fall short. Given the Realme 7’s greater specs and same price, it’s hard to suggest the Realme 6i.
The 6i is priced just above the Realme 7 and in the range we look for when comparing inexpensive phones. The 7’s cheap gaming capabilities earned it 4.5 stars. The 7 has a 90Hz display, 48-megapixel quad camera, and 5,000mAh battery.

The Realme 6i is attractive. The front has a 6.5-inch HD+ display, a minimal bezel at the bottom, and a dot-drop selfie camera. This gives the phone a modern, flagship-like design.
Sharp, colorful display makes it fun to use. Comparatively slow scrolling. The Realme 7 delivers a smoother 90Hz experience at a same price. The 7’s rapid refresh rate is uncommon for a phone in its price category, so the 6i’s display pales in comparison.
The phone’s back has a vertical ripple design that almost looks 3D. White Milk and Green Tea are possible colors. I received a deep forest green matte hue.
The lightweight, paper-like plastic back repels fingerprints. The ripple pattern is interrupted by a fingerprint scanner in the center, and a vertical camera module housing the phone’s four sensors.
